- ✕ You're under £50k/month in revenue. We can't move enough at that scale to justify our floor.
- ✕ You want to buy SEO or paid as a standalone service. We sell one engagement, not a menu.
- ✕ You want a fortnightly status call with no decisions in it. We replace those with a quarterly strategy and weekly execution.
- ✕ You're in gambling, debt collection, or right-wing political organisations. We don't take this work regardless of fee.
- ✕ You want to be the biggest client. We don't take work that depends on us for more than 20% of revenue, on either side.

Six-month minimum, with a three-month review point where either side can walk. Retainers from £1,750 + VAT/month — most sit higher. Projects from £2,500 + VAT.
